The voice of the LORD rules and controls everything and every creature including even Satan and his demons, and also every situation, no matter what it is. His voice is upon many waters (nations, languages, tribes, people etc.) So, although Satan desires to rule all of humanity and earthly activities, all of his powers and his source of strength will fail him Ps29; Rev17.
The voice of LORD-Yahweh (which is Adonai) is seen and demonstrated in many ways: He is the voice of the Blood (Christ’s Life), the voice of the Spirit (the Breath, life-force, the wind, and His ability to do marvelous things; the omnipresent energy of God), the voice of the Altar (The Cross), the voice of the Word (Adonai) and the Voice of the Archangels/Angels (ministers of Flames or Messengers): Friends, Adonai is a Voice of Yahweh or Jehovah. He speaks through thunder, lightning, fire, brimstone, earthquakes, etc.
Therefore, be careful that you do not refuse to listen to the One who is speaking. Be extremely careful, then, and do not refuse to hear Him who speaks. For those who refused to hear the one who gave the divine message on earth did not escape. How much more shall we escape if we turn away from the One who speaks from Heaven! If the people of Israel did not escape when they refused to listen to Moses, His earthly messenger, we will certainly not escape if we reject the One who speaks to us from Heaven!
Folks, let’s be warned, that none will be able to escape the Voice of the LORD—(The Voice, who is the person of Christ Jesus, the Word, the Way, the Truth, and the Life etc.).
The Voice of Yahweh is Adonai and none can escape Him nor get to the God, but by Him (The Lord Jesus Christ).
Main scripture:
Ps29.1-11.(KJV)1Give unto the LORD, O you mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.2Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.3The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thunders: the LORD is upon many waters.4The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.5The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; yea, the LORD breaks the cedars of Lebanon.6He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.7The voice of the LORD divides the flames of fire.8The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness; the LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.9The voice of the LORD makes the hinds to calve, and strips bare the forests: and in his temple does every one speak of his glory.
10The LORD sits upon the flood; yea, the LORD sits as King forever.11The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
Hebrews 12.25See to it that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if the people did not escape when they refused Him who warned them on earth, how much less will we escape if we reject Him who warns us from heaven? 26At that time His voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth, but heaven as well.”…(BSB)

Who will be able to stand the LORD’s Voice (Adonai) on that dreadful day? Refuse not His instructions so that you will be saved and find rest for your souls. We better listen to His voice now because it will be too late one day, and obedience is better than sacrifices. The Lord Jesus Christ is coming soon, and in this season and End-time, make sure to run to Christ and be saved eternally.
