Riches will not save nor deliver anyone from God's Wrath, but those that have a right standing with The Heavenly Authority (God) will be saved from eternal destruction and from the lake of Fire on that dreadful day of LORD. Riches cannot profit anyone on the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.
Friends, let us not forget ourselves that The Day of the Lord is very near; it is a day of God's wrath to the utmost degree. It will be a day of weeping, destruction, trouble and distress etc., to sinners. Let the sinners not abuse God's Grace now (The person, Christ) and let us not lay asleep by the patience of God.
Folks, what will be man's profit if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? And what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Let us flee from the wrath to come, and choose the Word (The Lord Jesus Christ–Yeshua Hamashiach) who is our amazing portion that shall never be taken from us; then we shall be prepared for every event, in season and out of season, making sure and remaining determined that nothing will separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord, even as we wait for His coming.

10"On that day," declares the LORD, "a cry will be heard from the Fish Gate, a wail from the Second Quarter, a loud crash from the hills.
11Wail, O inhabitants of the Mortar! For all the tradersd are no more; all who weigh out silver are cut off.
12At that time I will search Jerusalem with lamps, and I will punish the men who are complacent, those who say in their hearts, 'The LORD will not do good, nor will he do ill.'
13Their goods shall be plundered, and their houses laid waste. Though they build houses, they shall not inhabit them; though they plant vineyards, they shall not drink wine from them."
14The great day of the LORD is near, near and hastening fast; the sound of the day of the LORD is bitter; the mighty man cries aloud there.
15A day of wrath is that day, a day of distress and anguish, a day of ruin and devastation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness,16a day of trumpet blast and battle cry against the fortified cities and against the lofty battlements.
17I will bring distress on mankind, so that they shall walk like the blind, because they have sinned against the LORD; their blood shall be poured out like dust, and their flesh like dung.
18Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them on the day of the wrath of the LORD. In the fire of his jealousy, all the earth shall be consumed; for a full and sudden end he will make of all the inhabitants of the earth.

Zephaniah 2:2Before the decree takes effect-- The day passes like the chaff-- Before the burning anger of the LORD comes upon you, Before the day of the LORD'S anger comes upon you.
Zephaniah 3:8"Therefore wait for Me," declares the LORD, "For the day when I rise up as a witness. Indeed, My decision is to gather nations, To assemble kingdoms, To pour out on them My indignation, All My burning anger; For all the earth will be devoured By the fire of My zeal.
Genesis 6:7The LORD said, "I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them."

Let us repent; and know that sin doesn't only kill man in this life, but also eternally. And a Day is coming, and it's coming quickly, when all the earth and it's evil must be devoured by the fire of God's zeal and all His burning anger. Remember, Yeshua Hamashiach - The Lord Jesus Christ - is coming soon, where will you stand on that fearful day?
